In response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, we have implemented the following health and safety interventions in compliance with recommendations from the State Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will continue to update you here on our website as the situation evolves.

All visitors entering the building must comply with the following:

  • Be screened for flu/COVID-19 symptoms and fever
  • Use hand sanitizer upon entry
  • Wear a mask for the entirety of their visit

Visitation hours are 9:00am-6:00pm everyday

All staff and residents will use hand sanitizer before every meal. Housekeeping has also increased cleaning efforts on high-touch surfaces – doorknobs, railings, etc. – throughout the building.

In this time of uncertainty, we wish to provide you and your loved ones a sense of security and will continue to go above and beyond to keep our residents safe. If you experience symptoms and want to get tested for coronavirus, please contact the Ohio Department of Health at 1-833-427-5634.
