Assist in creating and building resident-focused plans for the Restorative program. Implement and conduct individualized restorative wellness programs with residents. Document weekly interactions and progress with residents, conduct cognitive assessments, as needed, and provide feedback to families, staff, and building committees.

Responsibility of the Nurse is to oversee care of residents and supervision of resident care assistants. This position reports to the Director of Nursing. Work within their scope of practice to care for residents. Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is up to date and complies with state regulations. Assisting with mealtimes.
