HEALTH COVERAGE
Our employees can choose from various coverage levels for medical, dental and vision plans. We also offer life insurance, disability and accident coverage.

PAID TIME OFF
Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off, including vacation days and sick leave. We observe six holidays; New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Kemper Krew partners are paid twice their base hourly rate if they work holiday hours.

EDUCATION
Kemper House Worthington offers eligible Kemper Krew members the opportunity to earn a certification from our Illuminate Leadership & Ethics Academy with 100% tuition coverage, coaching, counseling and advising. We also offer complimentary personal financial training through Ramsey+, Financial Peace University, a program designed to help you pay off debt fast and save more money for your future. A schooling scholarship fund is available through an application process.

It’s never too early to start saving for your retirement. Kemper House Worthington employees receive a competitive 401(k) retirement plan that includes a match.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
We acknowledge you being away from your families to provide for our residents and express our gratitude with added compensation for your commitment. Team members working the 4 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift receive an extra $1 per hour. All staff who work weekend shifts from 6 a.m. on Saturday to 6 a.m. on Monday receive an extra $2 per hour.

The Kemper Krew dines with our residents during meal service each day to model good eating practices and help residents maintain their independence.
